Rising Vibe Allyship Programme Video Series
A practical, action-oriented programme designed to move people from awareness to everyday allyship at work. Across four short lessons, learners explore the difference between privilege and marginalisation and why social support matters; practice how to be an upstander (not a bystander) when microaggressions show up; apply concrete ally behaviours inside teams; and build the self-awareness and accountability muscles required to sustain change. The tone is clear: “Don’t be here for information. Be here for action.” The course centres seven, repeatable ally roles—Amplification, Advocacy, Intervention, Mentorship/Sponsorship, Community Engagement, Self-Reflection, and Accountability—and shows how to use them in real situations. Learners also see why social pain (exclusion, rejection, not being heard) is real and why deliberate social support is the antidote that underpins allyship.
